The popularity of live dealer games has been on the rise over the last couple of years, and one of the developers whose releases have drawn lots of players’ attention is Authentic Gaming. After the success of their MultiPlay Live Blackjack, we have been eagerly waiting to see what the Malta-based supplier has in store for us next. Their portfolio has been recently expanded with another thrilling live dealer game, titled MultiBet Baccarat. Authentic Gaming once again combined traditional gameplay with their distinctive touch to deliver an exciting experience filled with lots of action and a ton of side bets.

In this article, we’ll discuss the new launch and see whether it lives up to the expectation.

Playing MultiBet Baccarat

MultiBet Baccarat is broadcasted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from Authentic Gaming’s Live Arena in Malta.

MultiBet Baccarat differs from other live casino games in the market as it sticks to the core gameplay and, at the same time, concentrates on the player choice. The game is available in a standard and no-commission mode, enabling players to enjoy a wide selection of side bets without betting on the main hand. In total, there are sixteen side bets for online baccarat fans to choose from.

Before a round starts, the first thing you need to do is place your bets. You can wager on all main bets and side bets the game offers. After the betting time is over, it’s time for the round to start.

All cards are dealt face up. It makes the round more dynamic and allows players to see the outcome of the round immediately. The dealer will first draw cards for player and banker, and if necessary, both sides will receive an additional card. The final result is then compared, and the side closest to nine wins the round.

MultiBet Baccarat Side Bets

No other online baccarat game in the world offers so many side bets as MultiBet Baccarat. The pair side bets are the simplest ones, allowing players to bet on the player or banker pair, perfect pairs, and either of them. If a player or banker draws a pair, you’ll receive a payout of 11 to 1. Perfect pairs include two cards of the same value and suit and pay 25 to 1. Lastly, either pair awards a prize of 5 to 1.

Player and banker natural side bets pay 4 to 1 if you draw an eight or nine with the first two cards. Small side bet pays 1.5 to 1 if your round ends with four cards drawn. On the other hand, Big side bet awards a payout of 0.54 to 1 for five or six cards drawn.

With Player and Banker Total Points, the goal is to predict if the total points count will be under or over 9.5. It pays 1.23 to 1 and 0.7 to 1, respectively.

The Dragon side bet is available on both positions. It requires a natural difference but also a specific point difference. Here’s how this side bet pays:

• 1 to 1 for a four-point difference
• 2 to 1 for a five-point difference
• 4 to 1 for a six-point difference
• 6 to 1 for a seven-point difference
• 10 to 1 for an eight-point difference
• 30 to 1 for a nine-point difference

Another side bet players can enjoy is Dragon 7. It pays 40 to 1 when the banker wins a three-card hand of seven points. Last but not least is Panda 8. It’s similar to Dragon 7, paying 25 to 1 if the player wins the round with a three-card hand of eight points.
