A seasoned criminal is gathering his crew for a heist of epic proportions, and he needs your help to pull off the job. The stakes are high, and a successful sting could see you spend your life sipping cocktails on an exotic beach. On the other hand, you’re in for a lengthy prison sentence if you get caught. This is the premise of the upcoming Quickspin release titled High Street Heist, an action-packed game that is sure to deliver your daily dose of adrenaline.
Game Basics
High Street Heist takes place in a luxurious shop filled with goods most people can’t afford. The centre part of the screen is reserved for a five-reel, four-row grid, providing up to 1,024 different ways to win. At the start of the game, you’ll see a strip of glass covering the middle rows while the player has to smash them.
Quickspin opted for a bit of an unusual maths model. High Street Heist uses low-to-medium volatility in the Main Game, but things drastically change once the bonus round is triggered. That’s when the heart starts beating faster, as volatility jumps to super high.
The default RTP is 96.29%, although there are other configurations available. We should point out that all of them are well below the industry average. You can select any bet ranging from $0.20 to $100 per spin.
Moving on to the paytable, you’ll find a total of ten paying symbols, which can appear stacked on the reels. They are split into low, medium, and high-paying categories. Low-value icons pay up to 1x the bet for five of a kind, while mediums deliver maximum payouts of 5x for five across a line. The diamond is the only high-paying symbol while landing five of them pays 12.5x your stake. Wilds are also there, replacing any icons from the paytable to help form additional wins.
Extra Features
The first thing players need to do is clear the glass from the game’s playing area. A full stack of matching symbols will help them in the process. Whenever this occurs, the glass will be removed from the grid, awarding a respin. Landing another full stack on the respin will repeat the whole thing. Breaking the glass on the entire reels in a single spin, or respin, triggers the Free Spins round and awards ten spins.

During the bonus round, players will have the chance to increase the Heist Meter. They’ll need to land a whole stack of matching symbols, and the meter will go up by one. Once the meter is full, two more spins will be added to the count. But that’s not all, as the lowest-paying robber icon turns into the highest-paying diamond symbol.
Once all robber symbols have been changed into diamonds, filling the meter will award an additional multiplier to every subsequent diamond appearing on the reels. You’ll also get two more freebies.
The Bonus Buy feature is available in some jurisdictions, allowing slot enthusiasts to trigger the Free Spins round whenever they feel like it. Activating the bonus costs 111x the stake for a spin that will unlock the bonus. Players can collect any wins made on this spin.
