Evolution Announces Monopoly Property Tycoon Live

Evolution is having quite a productive Q4 of 2026. In addition to the recently announced Game Night, realized in partnership with Hasbro, the provider has another live casino hit in the making.

Monopoly Property Tycoon Live is the name, and it’s a live game show that puts you straight into the property rental market where you’ll have to juggle between rent collectors, invest in property upgrades, and predict the market crash.

The game is scheduled for release on November 25th, 2026, the same as Game Night, meaning we have just enough time to take a proper sneak peek and see what Evolution’s Monopoly Property Tycoon Live brings to the table!

Choose Your Investments Wisely

The gameplay is based on a huge 58-segment wheel. Before the wheel starts spinning, it’s on you to make an investment. There are separate bets for each of the 8 rent collector colors, Any Property bet that covers all colors with a single bet, Market Crash bet, and three bonus bets: Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers, and Epic Heights.

If you bet on one of the eight colors and the wheel stops on a rent collector of a different color, you get your bet back. Any Property bet wins if the wheel lands on any of the 8 rent collector colors, loses if there’s a market crash, and results in a push in case the wheel lands on a bonus field. Finally, the Market Crash bet comes with a randomly assigned multiplier, yielding either 4x, 7x, or 10x return.

As soon as the betting phase is done and dusted, the market will start to move. What this actually means is that the wheel will start to spin and random multipliers might appear across some segments. Eventually, the wheel will stop and mark the winning segment.

For example, if the wheel stops on one of eight Rent Collector colors or a Market Crash segment, you get an instant payout plus a little extra if there’s a multiplier. If the wheel stops on one of the six bonus segments, you’re in for an exciting bonus game featuring a 12-segment wheel with Lil blocks, Big Towers, and Epic Heights.

Bonus Gameplay 101

If the wheel lands on a bonus segment, it will kickstart a smaller wheel with 12 segments that decides the bonus game: Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers, and Epic Heights. Here’s what they bring to the table:

• Lil’ Blocks: 6 segments with multipliers ranging from 2x to 7x.
• Big Towers: 4 segments with multipliers ranging from 2x to 10x.
• Epic Heights: 2 segments with multipliers ranging from 2x to 20x.

You’ll meet up with Mr Monopoly himself to oversee the construction work. The crane will start stacking multiplier blocks on top of each other, and every successfully placed block will come with either a multiplicative or additive multiplier.

As you’d expect, the crane continues placing blocks until a block fails to land properly or it reaches the maximum height of the property.

Boosters Galore

On your way to the construction site, you might be greeted with one of the following goodies:

• Robot Assistant: A proper mechanical backup that adds another block on top of every successfully placed block.
• Double Multiplier: The second type of boost doubles all additive multiplier values without touching multiplicative ones.
• Parachute Multiplier: From the second block, you might get additional additive multipliers in the form of parachutes that arrive even if the block fails to land.
