Mascot Gaming does the unusual and unveils its entire Q4 slot release roadmap in Early Fall. Not that we’re complaining; it’s always nice to save the date for a specific title.
And if that specific title happens to be Jester’s Coins Tricks: Hold & Win, then October 15 is the date to save.
Tricks Up Its Sleeve
At first glance, Jester’s Coins Tricks sounds like your average Hold & Win game. You spin and spin away on a familiar 5×3 grid with 10 paylines until you hit the H&W bonus round with three respins and a chance to win up to 12,000x (the RTP is 95.49%).
But this particular illusion has more tricks up its sleeve. Starting with Her Majesty the Jester.
WIld Multiplier
Among all the low-paying prop and high-paying Coin symbols is a striking Jester Wild. When she graces the screen on reels 2,3 and 4 – even partially – she’ll substitute for any odd prop symbol except all the Coins.
She also comes multiplied by whatever multiplier goes with the round. Or rather, however many Nudges it takes to reveal the partial Jester in all her glory.
Nudge
Base Game is full of surprises, not the least of which is the Nudge feature. It activates when a partial Wild appears and tries to reveal the full Jester. If it doesn’t, then it Nudges again. And again and again. However many times it takes to reveal the Jester.
Are you following the trick closely? Then you probably realized that the more Nudges you have, the bigger the Wild Multiplier gets.

Hold & Win
The star of this slot illusion is undoubtedly the Hold & Win round, activated by landing six or more Coin symbols. You get three respins with those 6+ symbols, including jackpots, locked in place for the remainder of the round. Empty positions spin and spin away, and reset the clock wherever a single Coin lands.
During the bonus round, you have a shot at landing Coin values, Coin Collector, and any of the three jackpots available in the game.
Jackpot
As befits the game’s carnival-ish atmosphere, there is a chance to win not one or two but three different jackpots. Jackpots in Jester’s Coins Tricks: Hold & Win are fixed, mind you, meaning that they don’t grow with time but are easier to hit. And they only ever show up during the bonus round:
- Mini: 500x
- Major: 1,500
- Grand: 10,000x
The smaller two you win by landing enough Mini or Major Coin symbols during the bonus round. The Grand jackpot requires all 15 positions to be filled with Coins.
Risk ‘N’ Buy
Who said you had to farm for whose coins? The Risk ‘N’ Buy feature lets you customize the gameplay by purchasing your way into the bonus round. It’ll cost you 75x your bet, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll get your money back. But there’s always one last option available, isn’t there?
Risk Wheel
You thought you couldn’t be tricked? Think again.
Just when you believe you have it all figured out, Jester’s Coins Tricks: Hold & Win throws another sleight of hand your way. Every win, including those during the bonus round, can be put to the fate test by launching the Risk Wheel. You can double the win, triple the win, or lose it all in one fell swoop. Decisions, decisions.
