About Salsa Technology
In 2012, Patagonia was established as an HTML5 project, with the primary objective of creating video bingo content for the Latin American market. Their focus was on developing high-quality and engaging games that would resonate with the local audience’s preferences. Patagonia debuted its first release, Super Pachinko, shortly after in 2013.
From this point onwards, the company grew at pace. After relocating to Uruguay, it began the development of a content aggregation platform and started integrating games from other suppliers. This eventually led to the emergence of the complete online casino solution the company now provides to casino operators, including its own content and its increasingly growing partner network.
By 2020, Patagonia transformed, emerging as the new Salsa Technology brand, which debuted at that year’s ICE London iGaming exhibition. Fast forward to 2023, Salsa Technology is licenced by the Malta Gaming Authority and widely recognised as one of the most respected iGaming suppliers in the Latin American market.
Games Portfolio and Features
During the company’s rich history, it has successfully developed a number of popular casino games, especially video bingo games designed specifically for the Latin American market. The provider has enjoyed huge success with its video bingo titles, from the classic premier release, Super Pachinko, to the quirky Farm Bingo, full of its bright cutesy farmyard characters and comical sound effects.
The studio has released titles with various themes, such as the spooky Halloween Groove Bingo, football-themed Goal Bingo, and tasty Candy Bingo 3D. The team also revamped its debut with updated graphics, releasing Pachinko 3D in 2016.

Salsa Technology has a long history of developing and providing games for the Latin American market, starting as a video bingo game development company. Later, it expanded its offerings through its aggregation platform to deliver other game types, such as slots, table games and scratch cards.
In 2014, Salsa Technology became the first Latin American company to receive a Class 4 license from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), which allowed it to offer its games to international operators. From this point onwards, its expansion has been impressive, forming partnerships with leading companies such as 1×2 Network, Betmotion, and Play’n GO.
In 2018, while operating under Patagonia Entertainment, the company acquired AutoGameSYS (AGS), a gaming platform provider, and eBingo, a Spanish online bingo operator, which further strengthened its position in the European market.
