The icons consist of sketches of skeletal body parts and various female patients. There are two Scatters: one featuring a brain in a jar, and the other is a severed head. Mental 2 Gameplay & Features

Mental 2 uses a 5-reel grid in a 3-2-3-2-3 layout and 108 ways to win. However, the game’s various features mean you’ll often have a slightly larger playing area and more ways to win. You form wins by getting three or more matching symbols on adjacent reels. Winning combinations must start with the leftmost reel.

Fire Frames & Fire Reels

Fire Frame and Fire Reel features can randomly trigger every spin. Fire Frame chooses up to 13 positions on the grid and splits any symbol that lands in them in two. Meanwhile, up to 5 reels can randomly become Fire Reels, with any icon within them splitting into three parts.

Dead Patients

A Fire Reel is counted as two or three Fire Frames, depending on the size of the reel.

Enhancer Cells can reveal one of the following symbols:

• xNudge Wilds
• xSplit
• xWays
• Patient symbols

xSplit splits one symbol on each reel, doubling how many are in play. It also splits itself into two Wilds.

xNudge Wilds nudge up or down to be fully visible on the reels. Each nudge increases the multiplier by one.

xWays reveals three matching icons and expands the height of that reel. All xWays symbols will show the same symbol.

xHole

The feature triggers when the xHole symbol lands on a Fire Frame or Fire Reel on the second position of the third reel. Paying symbols and Wilds are sucked in and then spread out to random positions while their current sizes are multiplied by 2, 4, or 8. If an xNudge Wild is caught by this feature, only its multiplier will be affected. The xHole converts to a Wild afterwards.

xMental

xMental fires when the xMental symbol stops in a Fire Frame or Fire Reel. This triggers an extra spin with the following features:
