One of the reasons we love Nolimit City games is their themes. They’re not the types to shy away from mature themes – if anything, that sort of thing put them on the map. Tombstone Slaughter: El Gordo’s Revenge continues that trend, bringing players back to the world of Tombstone R.I.P.
Will the sequel live up to the heights of the original game? We will go over all the details you need to know in this review.
Tombstone Slaughter: El Gordo’s Revenge Visuals & Sounds
We hope you didn’t feel too attached to the town in the last game. In their quest for revenge, the bandits have razed it to the ground, leaving only ruins and burning fires. The wind carries smoke and embers, further adding to the dark atmosphere. The town gets ruined further during the game’s bonus features.
Available symbols are a mix of stylised playing card royals and village residents. The silhouette of a bandit plays the role of a Wild, while a bloody axe and her riding off on horseback are Scatters. You’ll also want to watch out for the revolver icon, which is used to upgrade your free spins feature.
We love the music in the Tombstone Slaughter: El Gordo’s Revenge slot. Nolimit City perfectly captures the foreboding feeling of an impending disaster. The music picks up the pace during bonus features, adding an extra layer of excitement.
Tombstone Slaughter: El Gordo’s Revenge Gameplay & Features
The game is played on a 6-reel grid using a 2-3-3-3-3-2 layout with 324 ways to win. No low-value symbols can appear on the sixth reel. Furthermore, if the reel is not completely covered by the icon that landed on it, it goes inactive. Winning combinations consist of at least three matching symbols from left to right on adjacent reels.
xNudge Wilds
Stacked Wilds can appear on the middle four reels. When they land on the grid, they will always nudge up or down to be fully visible. Each nudge increases the attached multiplier by one. If several Wilds with multipliers are part of a win, their multipliers will be added together.

Quick Draw
If a revolver appears on the sixth reel, it triggers three to six Cylinder features:
- Backstab Wild – turns a randomly chosen symbol into a Wild
- Shootout Wild – transforms all instances of a randomly selected icon into Wilds
- xSplit – splits a symbol and doubles its size. If the icon is a xNudge Wild, it doubles the multiplier instead
- Infectious xSplit – splits all instances of an icon and doubles their size or multiplier
- Justice Wild – places an xNudge Wild in a random position
- Boothill Multiplier – adds a multiplier between 5x to 999x to a randomly chosen character symbol
Slaughter & Massacre Spins
Get three or more Scatters to appear during normal gameplay to win 5 Slaughter Spins. During this feature, the sixth reel will always have a character icon with a multiplier of up to 99x or a revolver.
At the bottom of the screen is a five-level revenge meter. Each level-up adds more free spins and applies a multiplier to all payouts. Alongside previously mentioned Cylinder features, two more are available during Slaughter Spins:
- Killcount Multiplier – adds a multiplier of up to 89x to future levels on the revenge meter
- Revenge Level Up – immediately upgrades you to the next level on the revenge meter
Massacre Spins are a stronger version of Slaughter Spins. You can activate it in one of two ways. First, directly from the base game by getting three Scatters and a revolver symbol or a full revolver during Slaughter Spins. The revolver is locked in place on the sixth reel during Massacre Spins.
Nolimit Booster
If you’re willing to spend extra, you can buy a variety of boosters to give you an edge. These are your options:
- xBet – you will receive a guaranteed Scatter on the second reel. Costs 1.2x your stake
- Super xBet – you get two Scatters at the cost of 15x your bet

You can also purchase the Slaughter and Massacre Spins features outright. Slaughter Spins cost 80x your bet, while Massacre Spins cost an astronomical 5,000x your stake.
