The background tells you everything you need to know about the city’s state at a glance. The most prominent element is an election poster for Mayor Diaz, which someone has decorated with a pair of devil’s horns. It speaks to a once-bustling city brought low by crime, setting the stage for Detective Toro to save the day.

You play the Toro 911 slot on a 5×7 grid with 421 ways to win. Winning combinations must start with the leftmost reel and have at least three matching symbols in adjacent positions. The more icons take part in a win, the better the payout will be.

Toro, Diaz, and Matador Wilds

Three of the four Wilds that can appear on the reels in this ELK Studios game have extra effects that you must consider.

• Toro Wilds are Walking Wilds. They land on the rightmost reel and move to the left one row at a time. Each step Toro takes creates a re-spin, letting you enjoy several rounds at no cost. If Matador or Diaz Wilds are on the reels, Toro will charge them, leaving regular Wilds in his path. If he passes over a position that already has a Wild, its multiplier will increase by one.
• Diaz Wilds are Sticky Wilds. They remain on the grid until the spin ends or a Toro Wild knocks them out. If a Diaz Wild is on the screen, the multiplier for all Matador Wilds will be increased during re-spins.
• Matador Wilds are Multiplier Wilds. They appear with a 2x multiplier or higher and award one re-spin. During this spin, Matadors will move to a new position or get disabled. As long as at least one Matador is on the reels, the re-spins will continue.

Toro Goes Wild

If one or more Matadors are on the screen with Toro, the bull will start charging them one at a time, knocking them off the grid. Each Matador that gets knocked off applies its multiplier to Toro, potentially yielding an impressive reward.

Clean the Streets

If Toro and Diaz land on the reels simultaneously, the Clean the Streets feature is activated. Before the bonus round begins, Diaz spawns at least one Matador.
