Dead or Alive: Saloon Live uses 52 regular playing cards. The game starts with the player placing their bet on one or more regular cards and trying to predict which one will be drawn first.

In addition, 52 Bonus cards are in play. Players can benefit from three Double cards, six Bounty cards, 20 cards with a 20x multiplier, 19 cards with a 30x multiplier, three cards with a 50x multiplier, and one with a 100x multiplier.

When the betting time is up, the dealer draws cards face-up, one by one. The initial potential payout is 20x. If the dealer draws a Bonus card with a multiplier, its value is added to the initial potential payout. In this case, the round continues. The Double card will double the possible win amount but does not affect the values of the following Bonus cards.

If the dealer draws a Bounty card, the bonus round called Bounty Hunt starts. Once in, the player will be offered to choose from three targets with hidden multiplier values. They should pick one, aim, and shoot to reveal the multiplier that gets added to the potential win.
