General Information about Live Spin a Win

Live Spin a Win is a live casino game launched by Playtech in 2018. While you may notice similarities with other live casino game shows inspired by the money wheel concept, such as Dream Catcher by Evolution Gaming, Playtech’s product has a few features that make it unique.

The game uses a wheel operated by a live dealer. The first version of the Playtech game used an RNG-operated wheel, but it was replaced with the one handled by the presenter. All Playtech-powered live dealer games are licensed by the UKGC and MGA, and Live Spin a Win is no exception.

How Do You Play Live Spin a Win?

The game starts with players placing bets on one or more main bets. The betting range supported by the game is from €0.10 and €500. The player has 17 seconds to place bets. The betting options include numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 40. They are not evenly distributed on the wheel, so the number 1 is the most likely to win while the number 40 is the hardest to get.

If you place a bet on the number and the wheel stops on the segment featuring it, you will win a respective payout. The wheel also features a multiplier of 2x and 7x that occupy two sections. The RTP of Live Spin a Win ranges from 90.67% up to 97.22%, depending on the betting option you go for.

Live Spin a Win Multipliers and Side Bets

As we have mentioned, Live Spin a Win offers two multipliers. If the wheel stops on one of them, your bet remains, and you can use it to play another round. If you bet on the winning number in the next round, the multiplier will apply to it, boosting the payout 2x or 7x.

Besides six main bets, Live Spin a Win allows you to play three side bets. They make it different from other similar games. The side bets include Even, Odd and Multiplier. If you place an Even side bet and the wheel stops on an even number, you will win 0.75:1. A payout you can win on the Odd side bet is 1.25:1 while playing a Multiplier side bet can earn you 25:1.
