Launched in 2021, The Money Drop Wheel is a branded live casino game created after The 100K Drop, previously known as The Million Pound Drop. It is designed in partnership between Playtech and Banijay Brands.

Gameplay of The Money Drop Live?

You have 22 seconds to place a bet between €0.10 and €500 on one of eight betting options that appear on the wheel. If the wheel stops on the betting option you have wagered on, you will win a prize. It will qualify you for money drop rounds. Depending on the bet you go for, you can take part in quick drop games with multipliers 8x, 15x, and 30x, two drop games with 100x and 250x multipliers, and three drop games with a multiplier of 1,000x and 2,500x.

If you have placed your bet on a winning option, you will go on and take part in the Drop round. But before it starts, multipliers can get randomly doubled, and so-called safe zones can be increased. The idea behind Drop rounds is that the player spreads their money across one, two, three, or all four platform zones. In each round, three zones will drop. The money you have spread across them will be lost, while the money in the safe zone is yours, and you can use it to continue playing the game. The game ends when Drop rounds are played. If you managed to save some of the money in the process, it will be your prize.

Card Clash and Maximum Payout

The maximum potential win in The Money Drop Live is 5,000x. Although you won’t see it on the wheel, it is possible to win this prize if a multiplier of 2,500x gets doubled.

Then, we have the Card Clash feature you can place your bet on. Keep in mind that it is a risky move since only three wheel segments feature Card Clash. This bonus game is played on a real table with a 52-card deck in play. A real-life dealer operates this segment of the game. Choose the blue or pink position, and the dealer will draw a card for both sides. If you have selected the side that receives a card of a higher value, you will win.

The Card Clash feature consists of three rounds. If you get lucky and win in each round, you will win a payout of 5x, 15x and 95x. When all rounds end in a tie, the players who have taken part in Card Clash will win a jackpot of 1,000x.

There is another special feature in the Money Drop Live. It is called the Winning Zones Side Bet. The optional bet is available to players who have lost money in Drop rounds. They can use it to predict the next winning zone, as its name suggests.
